This therapeutic technique helps in reducing stress, improving circulation, increasing energy, and enhancing flexibility. By focusing on the body's natural energy lines, it promotes a deeper sense of balance and harmony. Experience a unique path to relaxation and vitality, tailored to your personal health journey.

What You Need To Know

With all the benefits of a regular massage, Thai massage adds the element of fascial stretch therapy, enabling us to get deeper into your muscles and mobilize your joints at the same time!  The practitioner uses his or her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking, joint and spine mobilizations, fascial stretch therapy and assisted yoga stretches. With the therapist using bodyweight instead of strength and a steady and meditative rhythm, Thai massage looks and feels like a graceful dance between giver and receiver.

What is it like?

It’s like being massaged and stretched at the same time.

We knead the muscles like a regular massage and add stretching which allows us to release tension in a deep, well-rounded way.

It takes place fully clothed on a thick mat on the floor. You’ll walk away feeling as if you just did yoga. You’ll feel lighter, more mobile and refreshed. Depending on what you need that day, it can be super energizing and dynamic or relaxing to the point that you fall asleep.

What’s great is that it’s easy to plug into your day: you won’t have oil to wash off afterwards and you won’t feel groggy. Many people love to do it just before a basketball game or a workday. It’s like a reset button that gives you clarity & energy to bring to the rest of your day.
